Customers purchasing image downloads or prints are granted a personal license to use the images for non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any images without prior written consent from SNAP Photo is strictly prohibited.

3. Order Mistakes

If you receive an incorrect order or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to correct the mistake by either replacing the incorrect items or issuing a refund, as appropriate. To expedite the resolution process, please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

4. Delivery of Image Downloads

Image downloads include only the individual photo. A download link will be sent via email once the job enters production. Please ensure that your email address is accurate when placing your order. If you do not receive the download link within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us for assistance.

5. Refunds and Returns

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your photo, we are happy to schedule a retake at our studio or, if possible, at another nearby SNAP Photo Day. To qualify for a retake, all contents of the original photo package must be returned at the time of the retake. Please note that all digital downloads are non-refundable.
